These Terms of Sale and Use ("Terms") are split into two parts: the first governs how you buy from us, the second governs how you use our site. By placing an order or browsing jiansuggl.shop, you agree to both halves. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or complete a purchase.

Part One: Buying From My Store

Orders and Our Right to Decline

Adding an item to your cart and checking out is an offer to buy, not a guaranteed sale. We confirm orders by email, but we may still cancel or refuse any order — including for suspected fraud, unusual quantities, shipping-address issues, or inventory shortfalls — before it ships, with a full refund of any amount charged.

Pricing and Errors

We work to keep prices, promotions, and product descriptions accurate, but mistakes happen. If an item is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical, pricing, or system error, we may cancel the order, and we will always contact you first if the correct price is higher before charging you.

Payment

Payment is due in full at checkout through the methods offered on jiansuggl.shop. You confirm that any payment details you provide are accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method. Your card or payment provider's own terms also apply to the transaction.

Shipping and Risk of Loss

Estimated delivery times are shown in business days and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss and title for items you purchase pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier, though we will still help resolve carrier issues in good faith.

Returns and Refunds

Part Two: Using jiansuggl.shop

All text, graphics, logos, and product images on jiansuggl.shop belong to My Store or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may view and share pages for personal, non-commercial use, but may not copy, republish, or resell our content without written permission.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the site: no scraping or automated data harvesting, no attempts to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to our systems, no posting of unlawful, infringing, or abusive content, and no impersonation of My Store or any other person.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, My Store is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or purchase of products; our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable consumer protection law, including California law where applicable.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time; the version posted on jiansuggl.shop at the time of your order or visit governs. Continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the revised Terms.
