Shipping policy
Every order placed on jiansuggl.shop moves through the same four stages: order, pack, ship, arrive. Here's what happens at each step, plus how returns and exchanges work if something isn't right.
1. Order
Once you check out, My Store sends a confirmation email right away. Double-check your shipping address at this stage — orders already handed to our fulfillment team can't be redirected, and a corrected address on a returned package may involve reshipping fees.
2. Pack
Orders are picked and packed within 1-2 business days. During high-volume periods, packing may take a little longer, but we'll never leave you guessing — check your inbox for updates.
3. Ship
After packing, your order ships and a tracking link lands in your inbox. Transit typically runs 5-10 business days depending on your location. Orders over a set threshold qualify for free shipping, shown at checkout before you pay.
4. Arrive
Use your tracking link anytime to see where your package is. If it shows delivered but you can't find it, check with neighbors and your local carrier first, then reach out to us.
Returns and Exchanges
- You have 30 days from delivery to request a return.
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, with tags attached.
- Approved refunds are issued within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
- Prefer a swap? Ask for an exchange instead of a refund.
- Damaged or incorrect items are replaced or refunded at no cost to you.
