That Half-Second Before You Click Buy
You've got a store name you don't recognize, a price that looks almost too reasonable, and a cursor sitting on the checkout button. That pause is normal — it's the same pause that led My Store to exist in the first place, not as an answer to some grand problem, but to a much smaller one: the kitchen drawer that's missing exactly one thing, the new apartment that needs to be outfitted room by room, the Saturday afternoon when something ordinary breaks and you just need a decent replacement without spending an hour scrolling through forty near-identical listings.
My Store is built around that kind of moment. Not to carry every version of every category, but to hand you one or two options worth trusting instead of a hundred mediocre ones — at a price that reflects what the item actually costs to make.
Where the Price Actually Comes From
Most goods pass through several hands before they reach a shopper: a distributor taking a cut, a retail location paying rent and staff, sometimes a brand charging extra just to put a name on the box. Every one of those steps adds cost without making the product any better. My Store buys directly from the people who make the goods and skips the layers in between. That's the whole mechanism behind lower prices here — not thinner materials, not a stripped-down version of anything, just fewer markups stacked on top of each other before the item gets to you. Because we're not trying to stock every variation on the shelf, we can spend that effort on picking the few items actually worth carrying instead.
What Happens If You're Wrong About Something
You order it, you can send it back — for any reason, within 30 days. Wrong size, wrong color, didn't suit the space, or you simply changed your mind. We won't ask for a justification.
- Return shipping is on us. Sending it back doesn't cost you anything.
- Refunds go back to your original payment method in full — no restocking fee, no processing fee taken out along the way.
- Orders ship within 1-2 business days with tracking, so you're not left guessing.
- Checkout runs through an encrypted third-party payment processor. Your card details never pass through or sit on our systems.
The logic behind all of it is simple: we'd rather cover the cost of a return than have someone keep an item that isn't right just because sending it back felt like too much trouble. That cost is ours to absorb, not yours. If something's off, say so, and we'll sort it out without turning it into a back-and-forth.
An Inbox, Not a Call Tree
There's no phone menu here, just email, and it's read by people who can actually do something about what you write. Questions about sizing, an order that hasn't shown up, something that arrived not quite right — send it to service@jiansuggl.shop and expect a real reply, not a canned one.
For the details on how orders, returns, and your information are handled, our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy have the rest written out.
